Our Story
Charlotte's Secret began with a moment that changed everything.
One New Year's evening, gathered around a fire with my family, my young son accidentally burned his chest on a melted marshmallow. The injury was painful and frightening — and like any mother, I urgently searched for a gentle, natural solution that would support healing and minimise scarring.
I couldn't find one I trusted.
So I researched, formulated, and created my own.
That first blend — now known as our Burn Oil — supported my son's skin through the healing process beautifully, helping to calm the burn and reduce visible scarring. Seeing real results, created from nature and intention, sparked something far bigger than I ever imagined.
From One Formula to a Full Collection
Once my son's skin had healed, I began developing formulas for my own skin concerns. One of those blends became our Acne Oil — a carefully crafted formula that helped prevent breakouts and visibly fade long-standing acne scarring.
Encouraged by these results, I went on to create a Skin-Brightening Oil to support uneven tone, sun spots, and signs of premature ageing. Each formulation deepened my belief in the power of natural ingredients when they are thoughtfully blended and purpose-driven.
What began as a personal solution quickly became a passion — and then a brand.

Since launching in 2022, Charlotte's Secret has grown into a collection of over 20 handcrafted, 100% natural skin oil formulas, each created to support specific skin concerns including acne, eczema, scarring, skin brightening, and more.
